A two (2) hour black out happened all over the city while heavy traffic was experienced at Lopez Jaena street, Jaro when a 30 ft century old tree fell in the middle of the street. It was removed with the able help of ICER, PECO and volunteer groups (Iloilo Federation Fire volunteer and JB lucky).
